Description:

Come and lend a hand on site on a Friday morning! We are growing a team of handy people here to give us some help in the gardens and woodland. This could be helping out with basic building, upcycling, painting, general maintenance etc.

Different roles and skills needed:

Practical skills needed - for example; sanding, painting, raking, clearing etc.
You'll need to be able to work outside in all different weather. The lead volunteer will tell you how to keep safe when you are here.

Date:

Fridays starting in August through to the end of October.

Time:

9am until 12pm each Friday.

What you need to bring:

Gardening gloves, old clothes, refillable water bottle, face covering, waterproof coat.

Skills you could develop or training opportunities:

Upcycling, practical skills, woodwork, teamwork, communication. You have the chance to do training; such as Risk Assessment and Health & Safety.
