Get Involved Our Site Private Bookings Woodland Parties at Outside Lives Woodland Parties at Outside Lives The Venue Outside Lives is a privately owned woodland in Gwernymynydd, just 10 minutes from Mold. You can find directions to our site onour website: https://outsidelivesltd.eu.rit.org.uk/how-to-get-here Facilities on site We are able to offer use of a number of onsite facilities including: our cabin, outdoor kitchen, woodland, sitting circle and fire pit.We can also provide use of our BBQ area, though we would like to remind people that we are a Vegetarian venue and as such, we would prefer that no meat products are brought to site. We provide a selection of hot and cold drinks. In wet weather, shelter can be found in our cabin and also under the tarpaulins which are located over the woodland glade sitting circle. Toilets onsite are composting loos. Party numbers and timings Costs are for up to 12 people Parties are typically 2 hours - with an addional 30 minutes for party set up and clear down. We can accommodate morning or afternoon sessions What you need to bring... Food Cake Suitable clothing and footwear The Party... Forest School Party - £170You have access to our site for 2.5 hours, which will be decorated with simple homemade sustainable bunting.Our fully qualified, and insured Forest School practitioner will deliver the party which will include several crafty, sustainable, and funactivities, such as clay craft, den building, managed fire and s’mores making, not to mention a super fun range of woodland activitiesand party games! We can have a chat about which activities (of a long list) are best suited to you. Cost includes both site hire and delivery of the woodland party for two hours (with half an hour break for food* in between!) Please note - food is not included in our hire costs, and you would need to provide this yourself. Please note - invitations to guests should give a 2 hour party timeframe. 2.5 hours inlcudes pre party set up by parents and clearing up afterwards. To book your Party at Outside Lives!
