Welcome to the second addition of our fab volunteer newsletter!

There were some exciting developments here at Outside lives during May... we launched our Happy News Channel (more to come soon!), we held our fabulous Settle and Soothe classes with the lovely Jill Blandford and we had our first face to face volunteering session here at site! We have also started collaborating with a number of artists who are going to be running new sessions for us in the not to distant future... so watch this space!

There will be a number of volunteering opportunities coming up very soon, so if you haven't registered yet, please visit our new website (www.outsidelivesltd.org) check out our volunteering page and sign up!

Work on site has continued at pace to get it ready for a summer of exciting events. Thanks to a team of volunteers who joined us for a "60-Minute Rakeover", we were able to tidy up the pathways and our work with the wildlife trust has led to us having a beautifully laid hedge, which will serve as a pathway for local wildlife!

WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO FIND IN THE NEWSLETTER?

  • Volunteer Opportunities - things we have coming up that we believe you may be interested in supporting, things like: Welsh Speaking support, Admin & Marketing... or maybe you fancy yourself as a bit of a roving reporter!
  • An update on site developments and key projects
  • People updates
  • General updates

Moving forward, we will aim to make these updates as frequent as we can, but if you have any feedback or thoughts for how this can evolve as we move forward... please let us know!

GET YOUR COPY OF THE VOLUNTEERING TIMES...

We have produced two versions of the newsletter in both English and Welsh, something that is only made possible thanks to the help of our brilliant volunteers.

Please select the version relevant to you and enjoy!
