This area is ongoing area of development on site comprising of many smaller projects.

Our aim is to re-wild as much of the area in front of the office as possible and to also drain and re-establish the original Victorian pond to encourage a greater presence of flora and fauna, helping to support biodiversity and climate change.

Many of the projects we are running are supported by our neighbours at the North Wales Wildlife Trust, and have included ongoing botanical surveys, geology focuses, feeding stations for local wildlife and bat and newt protection. Our ‘bee happy’ project, funded by the People’s Postcode Lottery is also a central theme, as we focus on encouraging pollinators back to site – we also have our wonderful beehives located in this area of the garden, something that will be supported by our volunteers as we develop.
