We all want to be able to enjoy more in-person events on site here at Outside Lives but as a service provider to the community, including people of all ages, abilities and levels of health and mobility, it is important that we exercise a duty of care by taking any potential transmission of the Covid-19 virus very seriously.
In order to keep our site as safe as possible, we would ask that wherever possible, you conduct a lateral flow test in the 24-hours leading up to your site visit/event/meeting. However, if this is not possible, we would ask that you observe the following guidance:
We will ensure that all onsite facilities have been effectively cleaned and sanitized for your visit and hand washing stations are available. We will remind you of our COVID guidelines prior to your visit and reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who is not following government guidelines and/or anyone we feel is displaying symptoms of Covid-19.
We appreciate that many of our activities are outdoors and as such, probability of transmission is lower. We would however ask that for the safety of all our visitors and volunteers that this guidance is followed.
Many thanks,
Outside Lives
