We're Creating A Natural Playground!

We feel very lucky to have received funding from Grŵp Cynefin which will be used to develop a range of natural play materials on site, something that can be used by both our forest school participants and also our recently introduced parent and baby group who now meet on site every Tuesday morning.

We will be working hard over the coming weeks to develop a number of sustainable play points around the site. In usual Outside Lives style, we will be using entirely reclaimed, repurposed and natural items; changing these into exciting and engaging play equipment that is not only fun and safe, but kind to the environment and importantly, helps to reuse items that may otherwise have been destined for landfill.

Tim from Outside Lives will be leading this project. He'll be working alongside our 'capable and handy' volunteers to design and make some wonderful natural play items that can be enjoyed by our children's groups very soon!
