Introducing settle & soothe

We pleased to announce that our favourite yoga teacher and Friend of Outside Lives, Jill, is going to be running an lovely new course of wellbeing sessions for us entitled 'Settle and Soothe'. 

These sessions are £30 and will run every Tuesday at 5:30 pm starting on the 13th April, for period of six weeks.

Each session will contain 45-minutes of restful, deep relaxation and meditation and is suitable for all ages and abilities.

These will be mainly floor-based, but can also be completed in a chair.
