Outside Lives is a community-led organisation, and as such, anyone can engage with our activities and events.

We are however, also committed to diversity and inclusivity and as such, we are focused on ensuring that people who may feel marginalised for any reason, are nurtured within the Outside Lives Community.

Our activities are both intergenerational and supportive to all ability levels; including those with health and/or social challenges; such as mental health concerns, dementia, and learning, physical or sensory impairment.

Wherever possible we also look to incorporate additional language considerations where they are appropriate to the participants involved, for example, Welsh language content, British Sign Language (BSL) and the production of materials in accessible formats such as Easy Read technology.
